Hyatt Place Tampa Busch Gardens

The staff was nice and very professional. The breakfast was good. The shuttle to Bush Gardens was also nice.

Staff was super friendly, they greeted us & informed us of all amenities & location of everything. Once we got to the room about 30 minutes later the front desk called to ensure everything in our room was working properly & asked if we had any concerns with the room! There was water, coffee, lemonade, & even cookies for guests in the lobby that we loved! The pool was great & very clean. Breakfast was perfect! Overall, very welcoming & we will be staying here again!

Kate checked us in and was polite, friendly and professional. After we got to our room we realised that we were going to be charged for parking when our parking should of been free. We went back to reception and the gent there told me yes I had to pay by phone.I spoke to Kate when she returned and she confirmed that No, I didn't need to pay. She sorted the free parking out for me straight away. Room was a great size and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items. Would recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, and they have a shuttle to take you there. Very good breakfast.

The staff at the location was absolutely amazing especially Bree at the front desk, she is the absolute sweetest and she made sure our stay was exceptional. The complementary breakfast was also amazing and the attendant did such an awesome job keeping the food stocked and fresh.
